1. Eligibility

• The Petsked Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• The Giveaway is limited to individuals who own or operate a valid pet grooming business, and proof of business legitimacy may be required at the sole discretion of Petsked.
• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Petsked, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

• The Giveaway begins at at 09:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on Thursday, September 5, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Monday, October 25, 2024 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will be void and not eligible for consideration.

3. How to Enter

• Method of Entry: To enter, participants must sign up for the Free version of Petsked during the Entry Period. You can sign up at https://petsked.com/barkleigh . Each eligible participant will receive one (1) raffle ticket upon successful registration.
• Additional Entries: Participants may earn additional raffle tickets by performing the following actions:
  • Each Appointment Booked: Ten (10) tickets per appointment booked through the Petsked platform.
  • Enabling Payments: One hundred (100) tickets upon enabling the payment feature within the Petsked platform.
  • Each Payment Processed: One (1) ticket for each U.S. dollar ("$") processed through the Petsked payment system.
  • Upgrading to Premium: Five thousand (5,000) tickets for upgrading to the Petsked Premium plan.
• All entries become the property of Petsked and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. Prizes

• Grand Prize: (1st Prize): One (1) winner will receive a six (6) day cruise, five hundred dollars ($500) in cash, and two (2) years of free Petsked Premium software.
• Second Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) years of free Petsked Premium software.
• Third Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) year of free Petsked Premium software.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no substitutions will be made except at the sole discretion of Petsked. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or before 1st November, 2024 by Petsked or its designated agent, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
• Winners will be notified via email or telephone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification attempt, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at Petsked' discretion.
• Petsked is not responsible for any changes in a participant's email address or other contact information.

6. Odds of Winning

• The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. General Conditions

• By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Petsked, which are final and binding in all respects.
• Petsked reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
• Petsked reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Petsked's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

8. Limitation of Liability

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Petsked, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
• Petsked is not responsible for any technical failures or malfunctions of any kind, including but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any telephone line, computer hardware, software, or any other equipment, or the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts located in CA. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Petsked in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of CA, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

10. Privacy Policy

• Information collected from participants is subject to the Petsked Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://petsked.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.
